Vault & Passwords 🔑

Stop using the same password. Your security starts with a manager.

I use Bitwarden or Proton Pass to store my secrets.
My Master Password is unique and not used anywhere else.
I have downloaded my recovery codes for my vault.

Discord Safety 👻

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is active.
I never click links from strangers, even if they look like "Nitro" gifts.
I disabled "Allow direct messages from server members" for large servers.

ACCOUNT COMPROMISED? 🚨

If you think you've been hacked, follow these steps immediately.

Immediate Actions:

  1. Change Email Password: This is your most important account. If they have your email, they have everything.
  2. Logout All Sessions: Go to Discord/Google settings and "Log out all other devices".
  3. Enable 2FA: If you haven't already, add an authenticator app (like Authy or Google Authenticator).
  4. Check Banking: If you have cards linked, freeze them in your banking app immediately.
  5. Notify Friends: Tell people you are hacked so they don't click links sent from your account.
